Winter Spice

Don't let the name fool you! Originally we created this as a mulled red wine, and while it can certainly still be served hot that way, it also makes a great spritzer on a warm summer evening. Just mix your favorite gingerale, club soda or tonic water and serve over ice! Makes a great sangria base, too!
